Step 1: Initial Consultation - Get in Touch
If you are interested in our services, you can get a basic, standard, or full renovation package. Just contact us and let us know what package you want.
You can share your vision and design ideas you may have while at it. Also, feel free to get inspiration from our gallery. The initial consultation is all about understanding what our clients want before proceeding with a condo renovation project. We can discuss your remodeling objectives, key goals, current challenges, and priorities.
Our experienced renovation experts can quickly advise you on what’s feasible after an on-site meeting and offer an expert perspective on your project.
Important: The initial consultation is FREE and non-obligatory. Potential clients aren’t pressured to move forward until they feel like Unit Modeler is the best fit for their project.
Step 2: Discuss Preferred Timelines and Renovation Budgets
If you are ready to proceed after our initial consultation, we’ll do an on-site meeting and review final designs/plans/ideas, and give probable timelines and estimated condo renovation costs.
Step two is about converting your ideas into a realistic proposal that meets your time and cost requirements, reflects your personality, and enhances your lifestyle.
Before offering final timelines and budget estimates, we measure spaces accurately and use advanced tools/software to create concept drawings and visualize the project in the best way possible. By the end of this step, we’ll have agreed with you on key deliverables – timelines and cost.
Step 3: Receive and Confirm Your Design. Sign Agreement
You need to formally confirm our reno plans before we proceed. During step 3, we’ll provide a detailed plan, including conceptual designs. Our proposals account for everything, including building codes and requirements. We also account for potential adjustments.
You need to confirm everything formally in the construction agreement we offer. This is legally binding documentation containing everything (the agreed terms of engagement with our clients). We capture timelines, budgets, scope, designs, floor plans, material details, etc., in this agreement. Once you sign the agreement, we’ll be ready to proceed.
Step 4: Pay Small Deposit. Renovation Begins
Upon signing the agreement, we expect a small deposit before we begin renovation. The deposit is credited to the final condo renovation cost.
Our #1 goal is to ensure the reno project runs as efficiently as possible, which is why we follow the predetermined detailed plans and designs to the letter. Since we handle building regulations, and other related approvals beforehand, you can expect a smooth process.
Every stage of your project is handled professionally and as planned, from deploying the right staff to managing materials, construction equipment, and related aspects. We provide our clients with frequent and detailed updates at every stage of the project.
Unit Modeler’s site supervisors ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards are always met while our project managers monitor the project timelines meticulously, recommending adjustments where needed.

Step 5: Review and Settling Final Quote
Before we hand over complete condo remodeling or renovation projects, we do pre-delivery inspections to identify any deficiencies that may need correction or completion. We also do a deep cleaning to remove all construction debris and dirt, after which clients are free to inspect the project.
We offer detailed walkthroughs, allowing a thorough inspection of all deliverables. With our skilled renovation team leading the way, we make sure our projects run smoothly from start to finish. When you’re satisfied with the results, just settle the payment and relax in your revamped condo space.
